Exotic Breeds: Exotic breeds are breeds that you rarely see and even more rarely hear about. They can and do come here from the four corners of the earth, and we occasionally have them. They can be in all shapes and sizes and come in all colors. They can definitely look different than any dog that you've ever seen. Amazingly, one of our adopters was so surprised by the exotic dog that we showed her that she thought the dog was a goat! All of our dogs, including the exotic breeds that we bring in from all over the world, are behaviorally trained to be loving and affectionate regardless of how unusual they look. Many of our adopters come here thinking that they know exactly what they want. What usually happens is that every adopter falls in love with every dog that they see, and 60% of the time, they adopt a different breed than what they came for, even though we had the exact breed and color that they came for!
